Haha!
Some here, probably softies or wannabe hard people, have never wiped with a leaf or two from a Mormon TP plant, a good size hank of nice green grass, or god forbid one of their socks because then their tender tootsies might not make it back to civilization.

Haha!

No kidding.

Some people wonder why I don't throw away worn out t shirts.....

My grandfather changed to a bucket of dry corn cobs in the outhouse when the Sears Roebuck catalog was used up.

At the Stuckey’s gas stations that used to be along all the southern interstates, they always had a souvenir section. There was one souvenir that had three corn cobs in a pack. Two red ones and a white one.

The instructions read: use one red cob, then use the white cob to see if you need to use the second red one 😁

Which bring up the age-old question: How do blind people know when they're done wiping?

Did you ever run out of TP and do the bunny hop to the cabinet so you can get a new roll?

A guy at scout camp grabbed a handful of what he thought were leaves, unbeknown to him it included leaves of poison ivy. Had poison ivy all over his butt and sack, guy was absolutely miserable. Doc told him to go sit in salt water, this he did several times a day for more than a week till the itching and burning subsided. Lucky for him we were near the coast, he practically lived in the surf.

To the OP,
Over the top.
Makes it closer to the sitter, your knuckles don't hit the wall reaching for it.

As for outside?
Forget TP, PT for the win.
There are ziplock bags with folded paper towels in every pack, coat or jacket I wear to the woods. Easier to package, just tear them how big you need.
If it's raining or gets wet, paper towels clean better. TP disintegrates.

Probably 20 years since I used leaves, and that's fine.
More recently, snowballs have been pressed in service.
Cool and refreshing, they clean well. Leave you a bit damping.

Outside has never been a problem, nature provides.

Some backwoods truckstop/convience store?
Out of paper, duckwalk to the other sta..Oh [bleep]
it's empty too..
Fùck! Out of hand towels!
Literally pulling dirt hand towels out of the trash to wipe my ass.
Dry leaves are less nasty.
But damn are the irritating later.

It has to beat a dozen hands full of snow 3 days ago! Probably.

My wife installs them roll from the back.

I change them around to the right way.
