Recently picked up a Carl Gustav 3000 (Sauer 80) in 9.3x62 and was wondering if I should neck size my brass instead of FL sizing due to the rear locking action? Would case stretching be a concern? Not going to load max. More mid level.

PFL size with this one. Just like I do with everything else.

Would it be worthwhile ordering a custom Lee collet die? Or just PFL size?

I partial full length size all my bottleneck cases and have no worries about feeding function or case stretch. The Hornady shoulder gauge that clamps on your calipers is a wonderful help, just set your full length dies to bump the shoulder a thou or two and all is good!

I will pick up the shoulder gauge from Hornady. Thanks for the recommendation.
