“ Judge McAfee says orders her to address the “appearance of impropriety” before the case can move forward.

This probably did President Trump somewhat of a favor. She is so stupid and incompetent that his attorneys should be able to prevail, but you never know what a jury will do. It also may open up other avenues for appeal with her still on the case.

They are all corrupt and compromised.

They are lawyers and they all drink at the same country clubs and all from the same bottle. It's the status quo.

He chickened out and there’s no reason to believe an appeals court wouldn’t do the same. This is massive corruption.

All that’s going to happen is Boyfriend will be removed and crooked Georgia politics will proceed.

It won’t be long driving through Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas etc with Georgia plates won’t be a good idea.

Same for Michigan, New York and a few others.

And Wade gets to keep the loot.

Trump's lead defense counsel in the case, Steve Sadow, slammed the ruling.

"While respecting the Court’s decision, we believe that the Court did not afford appropriate significance to the prosecutorial misconduct of Willis and Wade, including the financial benefits, testifying untruthfully about when their personal relationship began, as well as Willis’ extrajudicial MLK ‘church speech,’ where she played the race card and falsely accused the defendants and their counsel of racism," he said in a statement.

Trump and his co-defendants could also appeal McAfee's ruling, as could Willis, which would further delay the case into the election - leaving the matter unresolved and of course, leaving the question of Trump's guilt an open question that the media would push daily during his 2nd term, should he win in November.
