My health nut boys got me onto D3 and Zinc daily back in '20.
Have watched my wife get sick 2 or 3 times a year (she's sick again now) and I get nothing. Going on 4 years with zilch.
Health and age is a blessing, but sometimes an easy step can produce a big gain.

Got little left but a sense of humor. But the zinc in Zicam and Cold-Eze does seem to be helping. The chicken noodle soup was great, and in a little while I'll be making a hot toddy with Bushmills in honor of that Irish guy.
