Our Tractor Supply doesn't carry anything remotely close to disc parts. Hell, they don't have much of anything related to tractors. Your local farm co-op will be a better option. TCS is for cheap chinese tools and dog food.

You can weld that back on.
Tack it pretty good. Then add a some plates or washers for additional support. Then finish the base weld.
If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.

Local - any good co-op or tractor dealer..
If were mine ( or you were close) id weld it back.
Ive built up the square shafts after a blade has spun on it and rounded..

It could probably be welded back on but you'd need to heat it first. A good welding shop can probably fix you up. Other that that an implement graveyard would be your savior. There used to be one in Hillsboro Texas. probably still there. I've bought stuff there before. Since then I've moved away from the area.

I don’t know the history of your harrow but it’s not supposed to be welded in the first place. I have seen disc crack out around the spacing spools before. Just pick up a new disc and replace it would be the best thing to do. They’re made to rebuild.

Guessing it was hgged out and was spinning on the shaft. The weld job was a quick fix at some point.
I'd tack weld it, finish the job, and then tear the shafts apart and fix it correctly when time allowed.

Duck tape, bailin' war and Gorilla glue! Let the Gorilla glue set up and you can plow TSC parking lots!
Tractor, farm equipment dealer is about all I can think of. ....or give it to my neighbor! Dude can rebuild just about any piece of farm equipment out there. When Matt parks a piece of equipment and says, "It's worn out!", it's ready for the scrap yard. He will repair and rebuild a piece of equipment until it looks quilted!
