Then finish the base weld. If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.

Other that that an implement graveyard would be your savior. There used to be one in Hillsboro Texas. probably still there. I've bought stuff there before. Since then I've moved away from the area.

I have seen disc crack out around the spacing spools before. Just pick up a new disc and replace it would be the best thing to do. They’re made to rebuild.

Tractor, farm equipment dealer is about all I can think of. ....or give it to my neighbor! Dude can rebuild just about any piece of farm equipment out there. When Matt parks a piece of equipment and says, "It's worn out!", it's ready for the scrap yard. He will repair and rebuild a piece of equipment until it looks quilted!
