Putin wins with 88% of the vote where every single voter has to present an ID in order to vote ( by the way, so much for regime change)
Zelensky cancels the election in Ukraine claiming there can be no election during war time. So the "Democracy" in this black hole of corruption and deceit is functioning quite well. So lets give them another couple billion..
