4:49 and can’t sleep !! I know a lot of you guys, are just getting up. I retired, went to bed at 1:00 now I’m up.
Well we're Green and we're Gold, and we play better when it's cold. All us Cheese heads have our favorite superstar. We love Brett Favre.

Yep, me too. A career in the railroad ruined any chance I'll ever have to sleep normal hours like others do. I do get to enjoy lots of sunrises, so I am thankful every day for that.

If I get woken up by something in the middle of the night I have trouble going back to sleep. If I’m not working or busy I try to take a nap after lunch.

Years of sleeping on a drilling rig has made it where i can’t sleep in silence….

I can't sleep more than 4 hours at a time because my pain pills wear off.
I do a lot of afternoon practice when I can
Gun Shows are almost as comical as boat ramps in the Spring.

1. Don’t sleep at noon, you’ll find it difficult to sleet at night
2. Tire yourself out, walk run errands.
3. Take a glass or two of whiskey, it help me sometimes and I fall on now bed like a log.

Cut out Carbs and Sugar , coffee in the morning only , lift weights - do a whole body work-out. You'll sleep better and be healthier.

Yep, me too. A career in the railroad ruined any chance I'll ever have to sleep normal hours like others do. I do get to enjoy lots of sunrises, so I am thankful every day for that. To quote an old chief dispatcher I knew, "Lot's of folks have seen more days than I have, but not many have seen more nights than I have!" Years of nights, weekends, holidays and swing shifts, after retiring, I could fall out anywhere or anytime into a fitful sleep. FINALLY, these days, it's to bed at 8pm, turn out the lights at 10pm and up at 6am.

For 45 years I awoke at 5 am every morning. Now that I am semi-retired, I can't sleep past 3am.

I understand - my body will not fall asleep until very, very late/early; then comes fully awake around 8:30 or so. It is frustrating and made worse by the condescending attitude of the righteous.
Not a real member - just an ordinary guy who appreciates being able to hang around and say something once in awhile.
