Hint- I already know the answer In your opinion do you think it dishonorable to take a farm subsidy? Did you take the Covid payment? Yes No I admit the USDA subsidy system is a wasteful government boondoggle but I find it hard to criticize those who take advantage of it. So what about people getting food stamps ? I mean a lot of low wage workers get them. Aren't they just taking advantage of the program as well ? I mean if they're working a low wage job and taking advantage of a program they're eligible for, how are they any different than the farmer taking advantage of the program ?

I gotta wonder how many of those here that seemingly are against "farm subsidies" realize how many subsidies they've benefited from over the years?
