Not sure the best place to ask this, but will try here. I got some Tactacam X pro trail cameras last fall. Worked pretty well until recently when a couple of them simply stopped taking pictures. I'm trying to get help through customer service, but currently wading through the endless emails of superfluous bs about checking the batteries, cleaning the lens, make sure it's pointed the right direction, yada yada. Nothing has changed, the camera has been on the same tree for months working fine, then just quit. I did all the normal stuff, new batteries, change the card, whatever. I heard there was a way to do a hard restart or reboot on this model, anyone have any info? Really sucks, as I've missed pics of wolves on 2 occasions the last couple weeks due to malfunctioning camera.
Hopefully I'll get somewhere with customer service, I'm invested into this model and hope they will work for me for awhile.
