Would mean the US also left behind obvious attribution from this attack to the us. There are far easier ways to get hot with Russia rather than something like this. This requires a way to make Russia come after us, do so with proof and puts the US on the world stage as equal to the Chechens and Beslan 04 or Dubrovka Theater in 02.
