Just saw one in a shop for what looked like a reasonable price. What's the difference between an LT and a Sporter?

LT - leaner, trimmer.

Just a stock redesign circa 1999. Supposedly influenced by David Miller.

They are trimmer.

Thanks. The recoil pad is a little different but that looks a lot like it.

Yes, in all honesty I have never seen one with the red pad either. Every single one I have ever seen had a black pad. I suspect that was just early print copy.
