1eyedmule Campfire Member Joined: May 2018 Posts: 390 Vermont	55 yesterday. I've definitely noticed a metabolism change since 50. The lifestyle that worked up to now ain't cutting it. Try and get some serious cardio at least 3 times a week - running when there's no snow and backcountry skiing when there is (30 mins up for every 5 down!). But, I've got to look at the diet. Some of you guys are an inspiration! I want continue hunting the mountains for a while yet. Workout in the gym 3 days a week and walk a mile every day, never smoked but will have a beer or mixed drink every now and then.
