Brined chicken breasts in CockaDoodleQ a couple hours. ----- Then coated in Grandpa Don’s Everything Breading and let set in the fridge while the grill was firing up. ----- Cooked indirect around the Vortex for 45 mins running about 425º. ----- Made for an excellent, crispy chicken sandwich with mayo, lettuce and tomato… served with crispy crown potatoes. Only thing I would change is adding a few slices of bacon to the sandwich! Thanks for looking!

I've never breaded meat before grilling. I do that for frying. Maybe I have been missing something?

Looks good! (Mayo, lots of mayo.)

Excellent as usual MossyMO, I looked up CockaDoodleQ on Amazon in CA, they don't sell it here, unfortunately.
