Also forgot how much I don’t enjoy shooting heavy .44 mag loads. Need to load some .44spcl for it, or some unique loads with 180’s.

Maybe today is not best day to be outside shooting your handguns here…..Spring has been postponed for a few days! 🤔 Love my 44’s, but mine has been retired since getting my XVR. It’s heavy enough, has a brake, with great grips that make the recoil quite tolerable. My S&W 69 2.75” 44 mag is my favorite handgun to carry and shoot. I do t find it uncomfortable at all with a 240 LSWC at 1050fps. I’m sure a 300 grain load at the same speed would be more of a chore.

Had some of mine out the other day. Couple Glock 19s a 23 and 48 and a 629. I believe that a person should always carry two handguns for self protection and safety.
