A Cajun cook that everybody has heard of before me. But I'm catching up. Two stand outs for me besides the cooking are just everyday lessons, good ones.
"While we wait, we hydrate." And he takes a big drink of beer or maybe Bloody Mary while's waiting for a boil or the like..
"Take your money, buy a good rifle, a really good scope, & a really good cut of steak."
I don't know about y'all, but those two statements tell me ain't just an internet actor. Thinking he could be a member here.

Yeah, & I understand he got reinstated & was able to retire @20 years on the force. He was just a passenger in a boat that was involved,. Some say he was terminated over his cooking/drinking vids, even though disguised.
But that seems to be the past as he's rollin with cookin good stuff & entertaining while he does it.

That dude is plumb de fu(k ALL OVER TikTok, and many just like him. Pepper Belly Pete too. Yet Boomers talk out of their asses about the platform being nothing but teens dancing around. Which, obviously they got their news from CNN. Ever see him go catfishing with R-22 tanks? (R-22 is refrigerant in case any couch cûnt Boomer never knew)
