I never have read the Bible clear through. I watch Charles Stanley on tv in which he talks about the Bible in a way I can understand. I used to watch Joel Olsteen, but he appeared to be a lot of hot air. I enjoy reading the Verse here !

Unless you want to study lineage, it's a waste of time to read it just to be reading it. It's important but you can look at it in detail if you need the info but for just reading, you'll never retain most of it. The time is better spend reading the history and the prophets in the OT, and all of the NT.
