I've owned this rifle since the late 1990's and simply don't shoot it much. I received it in the same condition as pictured. There is some freckling in some metal areas and it appears something wet was touching a spot on the right side of the receiver at some point, as it broke through the finish. Bluing and wood wear is pretty minimal. I'm trying to include some detailed photos to show the condition as best I can. I feel like it would be a great hunting-grade carbine for somebody out there. Serial # starts with 498, which should be a 1981 year of manufacture.
