Anyone got something under $1,000 they don’t use? (or would accept trades for a rifle up to $1500). Not looking for a BCA or Delton, I will primarily be looking at the $700-$1K range if I end up buying new.

I would buy a complete lower too, ideally with an upgraded trigger - even if it’s just a 3.5# spring.

I don't know what caliber your looking for. I have 223's with Shilan and Krieger and White Oak arms barrels. 6.5 Grendel with Fuxan barrel. A 6MM BRX with a Krieger barrel.

Let me know if you have any interest in one.

PSA not only sells good lowers at good prices, they have other brands for sale, sometimes at significant discounts, though I suspect like Black Friday sales, some of the list prices they quote might be a bit inflated. I have two of their lowers, the latest with a Geissle SSA-E trigger, which is really impressive.

ARs are commodities now. Lots I’ve seen seem like re-branded BCAs and others. Look for quality parts such as MPI-inspected bolts, hammer-forged barrels, nitrided finish instead or parkerized, etc. etc. You can easily assemble (not build) a solid rifle to your liking, and maybe save some money if you do a bit of research.

BCM, IWI Zion, and White Oak are near the top of the short list. I would consider almost anything different than what I have, which is a 16” Colt LE6920 and Aero/BA 18”.

14.5” p/w, retro carry handle, or a 24” varminter all have appeal. Primarily looking for 556/223 but would also buy 6mm ARC.

I don’t even need one, but I’m thinking hard on Thai one: $900 for a sweet Armalite

https://palmettostatearmory.com/arm...semi-automatic-ar-15-rifle-m153gn13.html

Checks all your boxes and comes with a Timney trigger.
