I've been made aware of some awesome properties. Lot's of potential for retirement, hunting lodge or even development of a trout stream/ponds. Some sites have buildings in place. Located in Pincher Oklahoma.
Also have similar properties in Centralia Pennsylvania.

Just got me a one acre lot in OK with a half mile of trout stream frontage!

Wow would ever guess I could get a full mile of stream frontage with just 2 acres.

Just got me a one acre lot in OK with a half mile of trout stream frontage! That would be a narrow lot, if it’s a half mile frontage, the width of the lot would be 16.5 feet. On any day but 4/1, that would not be possible.
