I don't think I have ever seen another one like it. I recall seeing a 2” might have been a 37 like yours…matte finish rubber grips that was DAO. Might have been an overrun. Very nice S&W.

There was Japanese contract overrun of M37 DAO 2" .38 Special. The 3" 60 is neat gun only made for few years. I have only seen pics of guns with hammers.
