This is an original FN sporter rifle with the barrel and receiver numbers matching. This is far from a safe queen and has a lot of finish loss and wear. The guts are solid with a solid stock, strong rifling, rust free action and front sight. This was never drilled for a rear sight. The receiver sight is missing and the stock has been inlet for one. There is some wood missing near the aperture inlet. The safety is not original to the rifle but functions fully.

Sweet rifle!
I just saw a stunner of an FN 270 with a custom mannlicher stock at a gunshow in Indiana. The meticulous stock work is haunting me!
GLWS I doubt this will last long at all at that bargain price!
