the premise is you invest in individual home or "home funds" for rental properties that pay a dividend


I checked it out today and decided to throw in the minimum, a $100 on a shared fund of rental properties.

Will follow it and see what it does, if it amounts to anything in returns, I might take it seriously as an investment.

wondering if anyone else has checked it out.
