Reminds me of the bumper sticker created when JJ made sounds like he was going to run for president. The sticker read "Run Jesse, Run". Apparently the some of stickers were placed on the front bumpers. LOL

I think it was a 740 Remington.
I just did a quick search and it looks like it was a 760.

My uncle wrote his presidential nomination speech for when he ran back in the 1970's. I am so glad no one outside of his and my uncles circle ever got to read it.

When he ran for President in 1984 he gave a speech at Georgia College in Milledgeville. I was a paramedic in that town, and we were requested to stand by. We talked with the Secret Service about where we should park our ambulance, etc. We parked our ambulance right in front of Russell auditorium, and I got paid money to listen to Jesse's speech.

My Lt. when I was in the police aviation unit was also a corporate jet pilot. He told me that he was flying Jesse Jackson and his friend somewhere. He said he was giving the pre-flight briefing and Jesse and his pal just talked to each other and ignored him. Jesse’s friend was smoking a cigarette. My Lt. told them if they didn’t extinguish the cigarette that he would cancel the flight. They put the cigarette out, but acted disgusted with him.
