That was a firm condition that Russia laid down and one of the causes of the conflict. They will not be allowed to join NATO and if it is pushed NATO itself will be in peril. This isn't a game though Washington thinks they're winning. The only thing they're winning is certain death if they manage to start a nuclear War. Nobody Wins. They have much to hide. The question is how much they're prepared to loose attempting to keep it hidden.
