My wife wants to make a cauliflower crust pizza for supper, so now I have to get up, get in the car, and go looking for a new wife.
Not a real member - just an ordinary guy who appreciates being able to hang around and say something once in awhile.

Most Cauliflower crusts are little more than regular crust with a little cauliflower mixed in. If carbs are the issue, read the label.

A friend ordered a cauliflower crust pizza and I tried a piece, it had already become soggy by the time I took a bite. I won't knowingly make the same mistake.

Never had the cauliflower crust pizza. When I am craving pizza, I put a light layer of parmesan cheese in a nonstick pan, pour some eggs mixed good with fine chopped onions and mozzarella over the parmesan. Then add your meat toppings, mushrooms, whatever. A little more cheese and a little pizza sauce on top. Cook it a little bit on the stove top and finish in the oven until your top cheese is brown.
Satisfies the pizza cravings fine without any bread for me. When cooked correctly the light layer of Parmesan will create a brown crusty sort of crunchy crust on bottom.

My better 1/2 made cauliflower crust pizza one time, she asked if I liked it? I said, if you want to get divorced, make it again, pizza isn't supposed to be healthy! A couple of my pizzas, I make my crust from scratch, the only way to go, it only takes a few minutes.
