Got 2 in the closet right now. Wasn’t warm enough this winter to wear them, but we would.

Her’s is a floor length mink. Mine is Turkish lamb skin, not technically fur, but hood lining with wolf and plenty warm. If I bundle it all the way up I will sweat at -25C

I keep my eye out. If I came across a good men’s bear or raccoon coat, I’d for sure buy it. A friend found a fabulous bear skin coat about 10 years ago for $500. Worth every penny.

I bought my wife one 10 years ago. She loves it.
If you want to see a woman really smile put a mink coat on her.

I think the traditional full length fur coat made popular in the 70’s and 80’s is sort of out of style. With that said, today’s styles seem to be a mix of leather and fur such as the jackets sold at Overland. My wife can’t walk into that store and not walk out with another jacket, and all of hers have a lot of fur on them. Now, with that said there’s a decent chance we will be going to Memphis to have a real leopard fur made into a jacket for her, but that’s definitely a one off.

Cool stuff but I haven’t seen one since that MTV ZZ Top music video. It’s to bad. I always wanted to get into fur trapping but I missed the 70’s bonanza. I’ve never seen a real person in a fur coat but I think I remember the Wilson leather stores that were in every mall in the 80’s having a rack of fur coats?

You can’t give a mink coat away, I tried. Fur of that nature is very “out of fashion” currently.

The last fur thing I've had was fur-lined golf tees.

They keep my balls warm on long drives.

You can tell when furs are cheap when road kill coons are left on the road.

I don't think there's a big demand for raccoon coats since Jethro Bodean retired from double-knot service.

When I was young we trapped a ton of coon. My father made 2. One for his wife and his was full length with a hood. He still wears it from time to time.

The anti fur folks have sure wreaked havoc on the ground nesting bird populations. When a coon would bring $25 for the hide and $7 for the meat the birds were a lot safer.

I bet the coons, foxes, and opossums been hard on the ducks up in the mid-west and Canada.

Possibly the dumbest thing I’ve seen you post, and you’ve posted some stupid chit. Btw. She also has this one.

The antis apparently don't care that fur is an all natural renewable resource.
