Lost River Ammunition poly coated 125 grain 38 Short Colt from a 2" Taurus Ultra-Lite (16 oz empty)

Recoil - Very Comfortable and Double Action (moderately fast) was very controllable

Accuracy - Very good (4 1/2" group) was fired at 15 yards pace was ~ 1 round per second.

Velocity 870 fps

These 38 short colts were very fun to shoot out of a lightweight 2" revolver.

Trying to shoot groups at a rate of 1 round per second from a 2" aluminum framed snubby is no easy task.

I would say that you did WAY better than 99% of the people who own such guns.

Probably a good compromise.

I'd imagine the short case ejects nicely even with the typical short ejector rod on a snubby.

Alternative load would be 148gr .38 Special wadcutter rounds offered by several companies. Magtech usually has lowest price attached. Ballistics similar to .38 S&W I shot through Webley & Scott. Good accuracy with low recoil.
