Once in a lifetime for me. Eclipse glasses have been sold out everywhere around here for well over a week……none to be had. Made and just tested out a pin-hole viewer this morning and it works! Bright and sunny here in NEPA, hope the weather continues to cooperate. Show is to begin at 2:08 pm and end at 4:35 pm with maximum occurring at 3:23 pm. Not in the path of totality here, but it still looks to be pretty impressive. Going to see how the dogs react.

I went into town and got a pair of eclipse sunglasses from the tourism office (free!), then I bought a sliced beef BBQ sandwich and went back home. Lots of people around the courthouse square just hanging out. The out-of-towners were evidently fascinated by our Confederate memorial.
