The judge’s daughter, Loren Merchan, is a far-left political operative who worked for the Biden-Harris campaign. The media has infantilized 34-year-old Loren Merchan in an effort to attack Trump’s First Amendment-protected speech.
Loren Merchan’s firm, Authentic Campaigns, Inc., has received tens of millions of dollars from Democrats who want to take down Trump. Two major Democratic clients of the daughter of the judge overseeing Donald Trump’s hush-money trial have raised at least $93 million in campaign donations — and used the case in their solicitation emails — raising renewed concerns that the jurist has a major conflict of interest.
Trump’s attorneys are considering filing another motion demanding Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan recuse himself from the trial set to begin April 15, sources said.
The judge’s daughter, Loren Merchan, is president of Authentic Campaigns, a Chicago-based progressive political consulting firm whose top clients include Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), who was the lead prosecutor in Trump’s first impeachment trial, and the Senate Majority PAC, a major party fundraiser.

I applaud Trump for putting up a good fight, but he is limited to using the tools available to him.
Using the corrupt Justice System to fight the Corrupt Justice System and it's individual members will definatly be an uphill battle.
Reminds of his attorneys and other Patriots fighting Election Fraud in the courts when the courts were part of the Steal.

Trump also used the judge in his fraud case. That case was dismissed immediately. This case will be dismissed immediately as well. Trump's criminal trial in Manhattan starts a week from today. While there is ZERO chance that Trump would ever see a day in prison in this case, he'll likely be convicted on these weak charges. At least in this case, the process is the punishment for Trump. He'll be in that courtroom for the next 6 weeks on a daily basis. He'll hate every second of it, but the result won't matter one way or the other.
