I am a Garand enthusiast, and have an IHC I brought back from the dead. Replaced everything but the receiver. Barrel was pitted so bad the case neck seized up in the chamber and tore off from the rest of the case, op-rod was wore out, had a Ramline stock, and the sights were shot. Spent some time and money on it, but it is operating perfectly today.
Most of those channels are officially agent before they do the restoration, so it's not actually much of a miracle.
Don't know what "officially agent" means and yeah not a miracle, just thought it was pretty cool that they spent the time trying to bring it back. I've been into that kind of stuff my whole life, would much rather build or restore than buy new.

Pretty cool and you can take great satisfaction knowing you did the work. I only have one, from the CMP. Took it apart before ever shooting it and did some accuracy tips and light polish work to the trigger group.

Autocorrect got the better of me. That was supposed to be "artificially aging them", not "officially agent"
