If even one tenth of what was in that article was all that was provable, then he not only should be impeached but tried, proven guilty as hell for treason and other high crimes and misdemeanors. The only problem is he'd skate as his mental condition is such that he'd be declared mentally unfit to stand trial. Seems like WE THE PEOPLE never get a break and that makes me angry as hell.
