Well, if memory serves me, it complemented the worlds best crab cake ! Don't forget, my granpa was from the old country. we Dagos know sauce............might have invented it. Red Sauce, white sauce, clam sauce, anchovy sauce...............we know sauce........................ and there weren't enough on that crab cake! I'm not sure about that chef with the crab cake though.
