I am trying to reach them about rifle I sold. I understand they don’t have phone or online chat support. I emailed support  gunbroker.com several times and no reply. Does anyone know how to reach them? Maybe there is phone number? The number with 720 area code is dysfunctional.

I had an issue with a buyer last year, reference sales tax.
I contacted them via Email and had a response in about 24hrs. they were actually pretty responsive and helpful.

Depending on much you use Gunbroker it may be worth paying for Gold membership. With that you get instant messaging for support during normal business hours.
I walk around like I'm ok, but deep down inside, I wanna buy another gun.

I had an issue earlier this year. Bought a barrel on there , only payment method was a money order which took almost a month to get there. Seller reported me as a non paying buyer . I contacted support via email they replied the next day. Money order showed up and it was taken care of

I had a non paying buyer last year, GB hit me for a their fee even though I reported it. I never received a refund or a response.

About a year ago my acount was hacked i sent a few messages and nothing was working finally i stopped sending messages and in a week i got a responce. I did what they told me to do but it was not helping. I sent 1 message and ask them to call me . i left my phone number and they called me that day. while they were on the phone live , we got it fixed . took some time and patiences . they did tell me every time you send a message it moves you back in the line of response.

I no longer frequent Gunbroker. If I did all transactions would on a charge card that could be disputed. Much bullshit scams, shill bidders, etc. going on there.
