I've got a new-to-me Winchester M70 enroute. I've trying to figure out the manufacture date based on the serial number, but I am not finding any serial numbers in that range online. Maybe that number range is not available to the public?

The serial number is a "G" followed by six digits. And I have triple-checked it to be sure I got it right: G3539xx

From that serial number list, it looks like the rifle was made in mid-2001, which I guess makes it a New Haven gun.
