If you turn in guns to these things, you must believe guns cause the violence. Thus the only reason you'd own them then is to cause violence/riot/overthrow authority.
Turn in the gun, get arrested for insurrection and/or gang activity immediately with the turn in as "Evidence" of said intent.

Saturday's buyback event came less than 24 hours after neighbors in Prince George's County felt the shock of gunshots at a "senior skip day," which landed five teenagers in the line of fire....some how i dont think the groids who shot up senior skip day would use a single shot shotgun or bolt action springfield rifle .as democrats say never let a crises go to waste
