Think about Hollywood as it is today. If everyone in Hollywood was a moral and decent person, there would be nobody to blackmail. And if you can't blackmail somebody, you don't have power over them. But instead if you hire a bunch of deviants and let them be degenerates, then you have complete control over them and their careers. So much easier.
