Some velocity readings on my 22 Creedmoor 22" Pac-Nor Lightweight with Hammer HHT 68 grain. RL 17 seated to the MINIMUM suggested OAL by Hammer

The bolt opened easy and showed no obvious signs of excess pressure in this barrel but Hammer velocities top out about 3700 in a 24" barrel so I'll consider the 40.5 load max in this rifle..

Group was just under 1" including the first cold clean. next 4 were just under 3/4" and the last 3 were touching and a bit under 1/2"

Accuracy is getting better as you increase velocity, no signs of pressure and still getting a good increase in velocity to powder charge. Why stop?

I had found some load data and I swore it was on the Hammer site that had starting loads and a top velocity for RL 17 of 3700 for the 68 HHT but no charge weight for that top velocity. I can't find that data now ????

3600 with a 22" barrel if the accuracy is there is probably all I need but I might just bump it up a bit in further testing. I still need to check it at distance as well but spring in Montana seldom cooperates wind wise.
