This revolver was a Gunsmithing School project of mine back in the late 1970's at TSJC. I cut the 7 1/2" barrel to 6 1/2", crowned it, added a red sight insert and reinstalled the factory front sight. The screws were nitre blued. It was my first of hundreds of rust bluing jobs with the barrel, cylinder and frame coming out pretty good but the grip frame not so much. The bore remains in very good condition and the gun functions as it should.. This revolver was always very accurate and I won a bunch of money at gong shoot while in school. New Model serial number 0209 with the original grips.
