So what exactly is in the constitution that gives the president immunity?

The ramifications of the SCOTUS ruling are significant either way. Lot of people are going to be PO’d either way. It could be the beginning of the next civil war.

If not found in his favor the next presidents may not be able to make the right judgments because of threat of what he is going through.

The whole Trump court thing is just BS. Should have never happened.

Just as they should have stopped the inauguration of the loser by obvious fraudulent means is obvious to anyone with half a brain. Claims of "no standing" were bogus excuses to let the Swamp win. The Supremes are corrupt globalist scum, like the rest. Bu hey, abortion is illegal now!

Remember that if Trump get immunity, it will also give Biden immunity.

If they rule that there is no complete immunity are they going to make a list of every scenario that could possibly arise in the years ahead let alone the past.

First Trump won’t “win” anything from SCOTUS. That is a dangerous characterization. SCOTUS is there to interpret the law in an objective manner regardless of the Petitioner or Respondent’s political affiliation.

For actions while acting as President only. That criminal has plenty of pre-Jan-21 crimes. That said, once Biden’s out, the Alzheimer’s will have him sooner than court system could. FJB.

And Clinton, Bush, and Obama. That is why its probably going to happen.

AND biden already has immunity- as long as he kisses the hand of the globalist.

They knew they weren’t going to win going in.

Stall tactic that seems to be working.

This ^^^^^^ would be my meager prediction as well. The Swamp does not want to give Trump an out. However, they do want to ensure they cover their own azzes. The Swamp has set enough other "fires" around Trump to keep Trump distracted, and diminished in the eyes of the sheeple, that losing one more, will not matter. They will either spin it such that the "Bad Orange Man" corrupted the SCOTUS. Or, have the media down play the decision and it will flush out of the news cycle in "3-2-1...".

They've always had the immunity the Trump team is asking to be applied to him. This is the first time someone is saying it doesn't. All he wants is immunity for acts carried out and consistent with his Presidential duties - like all others have enjoyed before him. Ensuring an election was conducted fairly is an official duty as President, that's the follow up question that comes after this. He was still President J6.

The caveat here is saying he doesn't have it - which then removes it for Biden/Bush/Clinton etc. Now you can sue/prosecute a President who acted in an official capacity but didn't do so the way you preferred.

Actually the Constitution does address immunity for the executive. If he is able to be challenged for every decision he makes then the executive would be rendered useless.
How they’ll decide is another matter. Traditionally there has been many cases where the court made law out of whole cloth ignoring the Constitution. Roe is only one. Trump is right in saying that it should be a state right issue as it was before.
The court abdicated their duty in the adolescent ruling about standing in the stolen election. They tucked their tails and hid allowing this four year insanity to happen.

The SCOTUS did not legalize abortion, they ruled that it is a State issue, not Federal. They made the correct ruling
