Since I got hurt 4 years ago I've had some issues. I don't know if it's because of the chest trauma but it could be, or be contributing. On heavy exertion I almost faint, sometime feel like that just walking. Sometimes I feel a mild pressure across my chest and feel like I can't breath.

EKG in the cardiologist office showed a Right Bundle Branch Block. That could be caused by trauma since 6 weeks after my injury I had a pulmonary effusion left side with a 90% collapse and a trace pericardial effusion. That's just my speculation. I'm told that if it's determined that the Right Bundle Branch Block is going to make me faint, which it nearly does, I might end up with a pace maker.

O.K., most of what I'm saying is just my paranoid speculation. I'm doing all my tests in one day. Nuclear stress test, Eco-cardiogram, Vascular tests on my heart and carotid arteries.

The older I become the more I am convinced that the voice of honor in a man's heart is the voice of GOD.

I have the same issue, along with some others. Like cardiomyopathy. Just get a pace maker and fix the issue.

Sounds like a stunt to get the wife into doing the heavy stuff. Went to a friend's house once and his wife was painting the eves on their second story house. She said Frank "was afraid of heights."

Frank was just fu-king brilliant.

I told the doc that one of the times was when I carried a heavy log on my shoulder. He said, " Maybe a 64 year old man shouldn't be carrying a heavy log on his shoulder." I think he was calling me old.

Outside chance that with recent chest trauma you’re dealing with pulmonary embolism. Even micro-clots can cause the symptoms you describe and more. Been there done that.

Your vids have indicated breathing issues for years.

Fat or a smoker or a fat smoker or even a past smoker. I heard it. Taken from experience here.

You haven't noticed? The accident may not have helped, but issues were present before, IMO.

I've had that Right Branch Bundle Block for years but no other problems. Cardiologist says it shouldn't be a problem unless it combines with other heart problems in my old age. I'm still pretty young, just barely 69.

20 years ago I won the cancer lottery. Doc #1 began chemo treatments and Doc #2 did the radiation. After the second dose of CHOP I was sent to a heart specialist who determined that CHOP was affecting my heart, so that was dropped from treatment. Doc #2 was doing the radiation thing with focus on the left eye. He told me it would lead to cataracts in both eyes. He was right. Got the first replaced a a couple years later went in for the other. Woke up and they told me I needed a pacer because my heart was only beating 30 BPM. Told him I was a very relaxed fella and the fella saw no humor in my plea.

So I’ve been powered by a pacer for 9 years. Oh well, I keep on tickin’…

Suggest you pay attention and follow directions to the letter. Right side lung is the fresh oxygen lung. Sounds like it may not be at 100% due to direct damage or nerve bundle damage.

I also have had a right bundle branch block for over 10 years and I am still kicking and doing pretty well for age 76. I have also had 4 ablations so far for Afib and Atrial Flutter. My EKG's are a bit weird but I feel pretty good, all things considered. None of this has been the end of the world for me...yet...and I enjoy an excellent quality of life. Keep on top of it with your cardiologist and keep smiling. I wish you well.
