So in the past two weeks I went from never having a CZ rifle to having a pair. Both are 9.3X62's one a Full Stock and the other an "American" model. My concern is the scope mounts. They each came with the CZ mounts and I have a set of Warne rings. I'm looking for lower rings. It looks like the lowest I can get are mediums (which are still pretty high). I like to get my scope as close as possible to the barrel. I see that Burris, Talley, Warne and Leupold make rings, none are really as low as I'm looking for. Are there any others that I'm missing? Thanks

Alaska arms make some , New England custom guns carries some, and eBay has a few by European manufacturers

Barrel clearance is one factor but an issue with CZ is often bolt handle clearance on the scope eyepiece bell when operating the bolt.

Might be good to mount the scope you will use with rings that you have and see if it could be lower.

Tough to find much lower than Medium for the CZ

Thanks, I didn't notice that. I know I had that problem with my Steyr Pro-Hunters.

I also recently picked up a CZ 550 FS in 9.3X62
For the rings I went with Warne QD highs, the Meopta 1-6 I mounted on mine has a massive magnification adjustment ring

B-Square used to import the Australian Lynx rings by CZ and they offered them in low. I put a set on my 9.3x62 with a Sightron 1.5-6x and they were perfect. I later switched to a IOR/Valdada 4x and had to move up to a Warne medium because the bolt issue. Don't think anybody is currently importing Lynx.
