If they can turn hunting into $$$ then they may continue to allow it. You bet I will, it only makes sense. They allow hunting for free, access to formerly landlocked public, and have quality hunting. Thats a win-win-win...no downside. Helped a NR Hunter from Cali with this ram last year, courtesy of AP providing access to formerly landlocked public. My brother and I found the rams while hunting elk and deer on the same AP access.
