The cheapest ammo- ball ammo doesn't kill very well.
I've noticed that people of color have a lot of weapon malfunctions. I've read that they quite often have the wrong ammo in their firearms. Putting 9mm ammo in a 9mm pistol sure is complicated , laf.
Also their knowledge of First Aid is pretty low- standing there looking at someone or patting them on the face doesn't help very much.
