Sovereign or not if you resist law enforcement and shoot at them you can expect bad consequences. He didn't have to shoot. It's on him. These people weren't federal agents administering mayhem they were just local LE trying to do their job. They have families and because of his stupidity he's dead and they're in the hospital trying to survive his bout with insanity.
Sort of like some of the folks involved in the Malheur Refuge take over a few years back. They were "Constitutional" sheriffs, judges, representatives, etc. Only one in that crowd though had a death wish.

He supports crooked cops and that is simply him throwing a tantrum over the invention of cheap, and readily available, digital audio/video recording equipment and the ability to share it which creates a product that frequently demonstrates crooked le written/oral narratives are not true.
Listening to the story, the Vic had no duty to ID or leave the vehicle. Unlawful order. Suspicion is not a crime. Shooting at cops is.

Florida law is a little different than Oregon. In Florida you are required identify yourself if the LE has reasonable suspicion of a violation of the law. The man was in a park at a time when the park was closed, therefore he was required to identify himself. Oregon you are not necessarily required to ID yourself, but the LE the can detain you until they can identify you (if you are under suspicion) so it is usually in you best interested to ID yourself.
Since he was in the park after closing, legally I assume this is trespassing and could lead to a possible arrest, so yes I think they can ask you to get out of your car in that case.

Never mind J_H, he's an anti-LE kook.
IIRC J_H claimed at one point he himself was ex-LEO. Sad to see this sort of editorializing on his part.
Be that as it may Sheriff Grady Judd is a serious LEO guy, and I for one am happy to see him doing his thing over on Polk County. I pass though there occasionally and appreciate him being there.
Here in Brevard County we have Sheriff Wayne Ivey who also does an outstanding job.
Spoken as a citizen who has also graduated Police Academy....
