If Trump had returned the documents when he was first notified, then there would have been no drama. This was a self-inflicted wound. He has/had the authority to declassify everything in those boxes. It is a nonissue but that fact keeps getting ignored by the Trump haters. Exactly and people will hate to hear this "there is no process for it" - no one needs to be notified, all he has to do is think it. That's the presidential privilege. Why the courts have not already clarified this bogus case is improper is disturbing. A President's documents are his alone to do with as he pleases. They cannot be classified against the President, who he alone, has power to decide what is classified. Nixon's case circa 1971 reaffirmed that singular privilege. Trump's staff put extra locks on the storage room at Mar a Lago that the FBI requested. The entire charade is outrageous. And the Repub trash did nothing to stop it or all the other phony trials. All shameful shams.

He has no process that must be followed. He is the president. Contest to Biden who took documents as vice president and didn’t have that authority and isn’t being prosecuted. Biden also stole Classified documents while he was a Senator. Let’s not forget Trump’s arch enemy Pence also stole Classified Documents while he was VP.
Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Give a man a welfare check, a forty ounce malt liquor, a crack pipe, an Obama phone, free health insurance. and some Air Jordan's and he votes Democrat for a lifetime.
