Was reading a few minutes ago about prosecutorial discretion in the Imprimus publication. Apparently it is a legal concept by which prosecutors can refuse to prosecute if they think the law is unconstitutional. In a perfect world this could go a long way toward nullifying unconstitutional laws. Unfortunately the Soros backed prosecutors have used the concept to initiate what they are calling prosecutorial nullification by not enforcing laws they think are discriminating.
