Just saw the first cicadas here. Guess that means a few months of that noise. Thankfully, after it's over they won't come back again for another 13 years.

I've seen them twice in my life- it's a strange thing.

Dont we have the 17 year brood coming up next? Get ready 4 years from now again.

They seem to be quieting down here, last week were really loud. We also went camping and they were coming out of the ground and climbing up on our legs. Jokers were everywhere.

I bet the turkeys are eating good.
