I picked up this Artillery Luger about 3 years ago. The kids love shooting it, and it has been perfectly reliable for me. You are right to ask.
Luger values are a bucket of worms only few can navigate. There are a couple videos on YouTube where these 2 guys buy the contents of storage facilities. They target the ones with gun safes in them. One video I watched had several Lugers. The one guy seemed to be up on rollmarks and import stampings.
