And Gene is right.. I’ve never been audited, and many ATF inspectors know nothing about C&R FFLs because they ignore us unless they catch you buying/selling a lot. I’ve heard of inspectors who want to inspect C&R’s like a dealer, for example. I’ve had dealers tell me their ATF inspectors tell them not to sell to C&R holders(!). If you buy and sell a lot and have a C&R, they could come after you for dealing in firearms without a dealer FFL. But who sells guns here?
“ The Savage 99 Pocket Reference”. All models and variations of 1895’s, 1899’s and 99’s covered. Also dates, checkering, engraving.. Find at www.savagelevers.com

Yes sir, if you have a C&R or FFL I just get Name and license number for my bound books and done. If you don't have one I need the other stuff. I should have clarified. Good to know you guys haven't been audited as C&R, it just made me wonder. I have an FFL at work, so don't really need one at the moment, buy have always liked the idea of guns just coming to the house
