Because you didn't enter the promo code. There is no place to enter the promo code. I will go with Doug.

I.just did and it took 25% off. Weird. I don't have an account and it took 25% off right away for me. Required an email to proceed with checkout, but didn't make me register for an account. I got to the point of entering payment information before I cancelled as I had no intention of ordering one. Maybe I'm just special...
